Madrasa Management Software Price in Bangladesh: Sabaq Plans for 2026
The Sabaq madrasa management software price in Bangladesh is BDT 500 per month, BDT 5,000 per year or BDT 20,000 as a one time payment, plus a one time installation fee of BDT 2,000 (under 200 students) or BDT 5,000 (over 200 students). Every plan includes your own subdomain with hosting, the parent and teacher Android app, updates and support. There is no per student charge.

Prices are the same for Qawmi, Alia, hifz and noorani madrasas and for Islamic schools. The installation fee covers creating your subdomain, setting up classes, sections and fee heads, and training your staff. What does the madrasa management software price in Bangladesh include?

What happens if a licence lapses?
This policy exists because we host every madrasa’s data on our servers and cannot keep abandoned accounts indefinitely. A yearly or one time plan removes the risk of forgetting a monthly payment.
Is there a reseller or partner programme?
Yes. Resellers and district representatives earn a 40 percent revenue share on the subscriptions they bring in, and they set their own installation fee for the setup and training work they do locally. How does the price compare with paper or Excel?
A madrasa with 150 students on the yearly plan pays BDT 5,000 a year plus BDT 2,000 once, which is a little over BDT 580 a month in the first year and about BDT 417 a month after that. For that the office gets printed receipts for every fee and chanda payment, an automatic dues list, a monthly income and expense report for the committee, and parents who can see attendance and results on their phones instead of calling the office. Whether the time saved at fee collection covers the cost is a judgement for your committee; the demo is the quickest way to make it.
