Madrasa Management Software Price in Bangladesh: Sabaq Plans for 2026
The Sabaq madrasa management software price in Bangladesh is BDT 500 per month, BDT 5,000 per year or BDT 20,000 as a one time payment, plus a one time installation fee of BDT 2,000 (under 200 students) or BDT 5,000 (over 200 students). Every plan includes your own subdomain with hosting, the parent and teacher Android app, updates and support. There is no per student charge.
What does the full price table look like?
| Item | Amount (BDT) | When you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan | 500 | Every month |
| Yearly plan | 5,000 | Once a year (two months cheaper than paying monthly) |
| One time plan | 20,000 | Once, no renewal |
| Installation, under 200 students | 2,000 | Once, at setup |
| Installation, over 200 students | 5,000 | Once, at setup |
Prices are the same for Qawmi, Alia, hifz and noorani madrasas and for Islamic schools. The installation fee covers creating your subdomain, setting up classes, sections and fee heads, and training your staff. The cost calculator on the Bangla site adds these up for your student count and chosen plan.
What does the madrasa management software price in Bangladesh include?
- Your own subdomain under sabaaq.com with hosting, backups handled by us, nothing to install locally.
- All modules: admission, attendance, fees and chanda (regular community contribution), accounts, exams and results, hifz (Quran memorisation) tracking, SMS, print designs, reports and user roles.
- The Android app for parents and teachers, free to download from Google Play.
- Software updates as new features ship, without extra charge.
- Support by phone and WhatsApp in Bangla, plus the tutorial video library on YouTube.
Is there a free madrasa management software download?
Worth answering before the price makes sense. Sabaq is not a file you install on the office computer. It runs on your own subdomain, so the office, a teacher at home and the muhtamim on a trip all open the same data, and the Android app talks to the same system. There is nothing to download, nothing to back up by hand, and no licence tied to a machine that dies when the machine does.
Free downloadable software tends to cost more once you count it properly. Somebody has to host it, keep it patched, restore it when a disk fails, and answer the phone at seven in the evening when a receipt will not print. Those are the things the monthly figure below covers. The demo, on the other hand, genuinely is free.
What is not charged for
This trips people up when they compare quotes, so it is worth being blunt about it.
- No charge per feature or module. Admission, attendance, fees, accounts, exams, hifz classes, boarding, HR and payroll, multi branch, daily lesson evaluation, online payment: all inside the plan. Nothing on the features page is an upsell.
- No charge per student. A madrasa with 90 students and one with 900 pay the same licence fee. Only the one time installation charge changes at the 200 student mark.
- No charge per user. Add as many teachers, clerks and admins as the madrasa needs.
- No charge for the app. Guardians and teachers download it from Google Play at no cost, and there is no per parent fee.
- No charge for updates. Every madrasa is on the same codebase, so new modules arrive without a new invoice.
What does cost extra is only what has a real cost behind it: SMS credit, RFID cards, biometric devices and a website. Those are listed under the optional extras below.
What does the whole thing cost in a year?
The licence is the easy number. Madrasas usually want the full first year figure, so here is how it builds up for a typical institution of around 150 students on the yearly plan.
| Item | First year | Following years |
|---|---|---|
| Licence, yearly plan | BDT 5,000 | BDT 5,000 |
| Installation, one time, under 200 students | BDT 2,000 | nil |
| Subdomain, hosting, app, updates, support | included | included |
| SMS credit, only if you use SMS | as you buy it | as you buy it |
| Biometric device, only if you want machine attendance | optional purchase | nil |
| Website, optional | quoted separately | renewal only |
So a madrasa that does not buy a device or a website is looking at BDT 7,000 in year one and BDT 5,000 after that, plus whatever SMS it actually sends. Ask for a written quote and we will put your own student count into it rather than this example.
What are the optional extras?
| Extra | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| RFID student ID cards | BDT 150 per card | Minimum order 150 students; used with compatible attendance devices |
| ZKTeco biometric devices | Quoted per model | Models we integrate: iClock 9000G, MB360, MB460, MB560, F18, F22, V5L, SenseFace. Ask for the current price of the model you need |
| SMS packages | Per package | Used for absence alerts, due reminders, results and notices; buy a package when you need it |
| Madrasa website | Quoted separately | A public website for your madrasa, see the Bangla madrasa website page |
We do not publish device or SMS prices here because they change with the market; we give you a written quote on WhatsApp before you commit to anything.
What happens if a licence lapses?
This policy exists because we host every madrasa’s data on our servers and cannot keep abandoned accounts indefinitely. A yearly or one time plan removes the risk of forgetting a monthly payment.
Is there a reseller or partner programme?
Yes. Resellers and district representatives earn a 40 percent revenue share on the subscriptions they bring in, and they set their own installation fee for the setup and training work they do locally. Several districts already have representatives; where there is none, a madrasa deals with our Brahmanbaria office directly. Details and the application are on the Bangla reseller programme page.
How does the price compare with paper or Excel?
A madrasa with 150 students on the yearly plan pays BDT 5,000 a year plus BDT 2,000 once, which is a little over BDT 580 a month in the first year and about BDT 417 a month after that. For that the office gets printed receipts for every fee and chanda payment, an automatic dues list, a monthly income and expense report for the committee, and parents who can see attendance and results on their phones instead of calling the office. Whether the time saved at fee collection covers the cost is a judgement for your committee; the demo is the quickest way to make it.
What to ask any vendor before you pay
Take this list to whoever you are considering, us included. The answers matter more than the headline price.
- Is the price per feature, per student or per user? A low monthly figure that grows with every module or every hundred students is not a low figure. Ask for the number at your real size, with everything you intend to use switched on.
- What is the one time cost, and what does it cover? Installation, data import from your old registers, and training are separate line items with some vendors.
- Who owns the data, and can you export it? Ask what you would receive if you left in two years.
- What happens when the licence lapses? Deleted, frozen, or held for a period. Get it in writing.
- Is support in Bangla, on the phone? A ticket form in English is not much use to a clerk at the counter on collection day.
- Are updates included? Or does the next version come with a new invoice.
- Can you see it working before paying? Not a slide deck, the actual screens with your kind of data in them.
For Sabaq the answers are: not per feature, per student or per user; installation is BDT 2,000 or 5,000 once and covers setup and training; your data is yours and we export it on request; a licence left inactive for 60 days has its data deleted under our published policy, which we tell you before you buy; support is phone and WhatsApp in Bangla; updates are included; and the demo is free.
